This first event is our inaugural Hope for Hearts Yogathon and will feature special guest yoga instructors leading us through two and a half hours of yoga practice (see detailed schedule below). There will be raffle prizes, gifts, photos and fun!

Schedule
Doors will open at 12:00 pm with the practice beginning at 1:00 pm. Come early to find a good spot, check out our vendors, and get your instagram fix at our photo booth. The practice will run for two and a half hours ending at 3:30 pm. There are change rooms available, and there will be an area designated for coats and bags.

About our Special Guest Yoga Instructors
The practice will begin with an invigorating warm-up (30 min) by Lori Kirwan, a full-time fitness, yoga instructor and General Manager of Aura Fitness Toronto. Her signature class Electric Yoga has inspired many yogi; her energy will leave you feeling invigorated.

Then a 75-minute practice will then be led by Queenie & Jonathan Phair, a couple in life and yoga instructors with international experience. This powerful duo have complimentary teaching styles that will leave you balanced in body and mind.

Finally, the practice will close with a cool down and meditation (30 min) by Robert Young, who brings his own Yoga Fusion system, uniting hatha yoga postures, astanga movement and kundalini breath control with gymnastic principles. Having a wealth of knowledge on the power of scent through essential oils, Robert will offer optional aromatherapy to round-out the practice.
