Yoga Fundraiser benefiting The Canadian Orthopaedic Foundation, Canada’s voice for bone and joint health.

Join us for a full day of chakra and yoga exploration! 

As we bend and breathe through a whole day series of chakra focused yoga classes; we will bridge the connection between yoga and orthopaedic health.

Ottawa, January 31st, 2015
Calgary, February 14th, 2015
Waterloo, February 21st, 2015

 We are actively looking for:

  • Participants
  • Instructors to lead  one of 7- 45 minute classes
  • Vendors to showcase studios, products or information
  • Volunteers to assist in a variety of roles such as; planning committee, silent auction, set up/take down, registration
  • Relaxation practitioners
  • Guest speakers.
  • Sponsors to help with promotion and/or inkind support and prizes

She’s Ottawa based Medicine Woman, Alternative Healer, Yoga Teacher, Life Coach & Web Designer. She loves dancing, gardening and the great outdoors.
