Chemagne Dance combines techniques from a variety of dance forms and styles into a unique Modern Bellydance program. Influences include African, Indian, and Latin dance, jazz, pole dance fitness, continuum movement, hatha/kundalini yoga, East to West yoga and Pilates training, Suhaila Salimpour format and more. The Chemagne Dance program is designed to increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles (especially arms, hips, thighs, glutes and abdominals), and improve fluidity of movement, coordination, posture, upper- and lower-body muscle isolation, and balance.
