In the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. We offer drop-in, mysore and led class everyday Levels 1 through 3. Located in the heart of downtown easily accessible by public transportation. Of special interest one hour lunch class monday through friday 12:15-1:15. Trial and lunch time class 10 dollars includes rental mat. Also available, courses on the fundamentals of the first series of Ashtanga Yoga, acrobatics for yogis, advanced studies and teacher training programs.To encourage accessibility we offer many different payment options including 5 and 10 class cards (at a lower rate than a single class), one and three month unlimited memberships and a great introductory offer of 3 months unlimited membership for 159 dollars. We also offer student rates for all of the above excluding the introductory offer.We sell mats clothing and other yoga related products. Everybody welcome!
