We offer Iyengar yoga for all levels - from Beginner to Teacher Training. Prenatal, Special Needs, Kids' and Teens' classes are available. Workshops, Intensives, Retreats and Special Events are offered. The studio is guided by Mahyar Raz, a Senior Iyengar yoga teacher who annually studies with the Iyengar family and has done so for 25 years. A warm community environment welcomes you.
