Yoga means ?union?. Sometimes this is thought of as union of the individual with the universal, union of the lower self with the higher self, union of the human with the divine or of the mind, body and spirit. Through experiential learning, you will study and practice ancient teachings to bring about personal transformation, as well as gain the knowledge and skills to effectively teach yoga classes.
Our yoga teacher training and advanced teacher training programs are designed to meet the growing demand for highly qualified yoga teachers in British Columbia, and around the world. By using a multi-disciplinary approach, the programs draw from classical and contemporary traditions to provide a balanced and integrative learning experience.
