Welcome to The Seven Seeds Studio, the home base site for Sheila Cullen-Yoga teacher, Yoga Lover, Yoga Sharer. Sheila's passion and vocation is to teach the art of cultivating inner stillness and working with student's to discover their own creative tools within the human "studio" they inhabit. Metamorphosis has redirected her journey of owning a studio in Toronto into teaching and leading workshops, retreats and teacher trainings. From studio owner to workshop facilitator- the intent remains - To share the gifts of yoga through compassion, guidance, joy and gratitude. Namaste.
