We are a community of heart centered people, committed to guide through spirit, mind and body. The “Yoga Atlantic Taking Root" 2006 conference is designed to offer yogis and yoginis of all levels an opportunity to study hands-on with some of the Maritimes most renowned instructors. In addition to our special keynote address, the weekend will be filled with contemplative study, in-depth asana principles and practice, and concentrated dedication from all instructors to help build a solid foundation for your practice both “on” and “off” the mat.
