GENTLE YOGA - Mia & Julia (juliabreese@gmail.com): Stretches and Holds mostly done on the floor. It may include breath work and short meditation. A perfect class for beginners and those who experience a lot of stress in their everyday life. Beginners YIN FLOW - Mia (mia_thaimassage@yahoo.ca): Incorporates gentle flowing movements to warm up the body and then Yin poses with Massage Adjustments - personalized for each students and restorative poses. A fun and gentle class good for any level. BELLYFIT FLOW - Andrea (andrea@infiniteblissyoga.ca) This unique class amalgamates elements of yoga flow with( ethnic movement including belly dance, African dance, and Indian dance, as well as Qi Gong and meditation. Bellyfit Flow inspires women to connect with their bodies, minds and spirits through a rhythmic flow of movement. All Levels LAUGHTER YOGA - Matti: We start out with some gentle warm ups, slowly moving into some simple deep breathing exercises and then the actual laughter exercises. Very quickly, many of those who thought they were too shy or this is too weird for me or other thoughts like that, find themselves having fun just like when they were kids. Childlike play is part of Laughter Yoga. We also encourage everyone to go at their own speed and not do too much. Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders are highly trained to encourage laughter, but also to bring the group back to balance at the end of the session All Levels CHAKRA FLOW INFUSION - Lara (spiritofkaizen@gmail.com) A gentle approach to Hatha flow linking postures to create a sense of connection, grace and fluidity within the body. We will also explore the body and chakras thru movement, breath work and guided meditation. All levels, Especially Beginners Join us on this 7 week journey as we explore a new chakra every week.
