Sweet yoga was created to offer women a friendly, intimate setting that supports and nourishes women at all stages of life. Pre-Natal and Mommy and Me classes are aimed to assist new moms in building confidence and faith in themselves as they enter this sacred journey of Motherhood. Sacred Circles are a time for women to connect and support one another in sourcing their power from each other and from their own Divine Feminine Selves.
