Carlye is also a certified and insured Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner (Thai Massage Toronto School) and is providing massage therapy in a Studio office located inside Shaw Computer Systems.What is Thai Massage and what are its benefits? Upcoming Yoga Sessions Arrowsmith School - 366 Parkhill Road East, Peterborough, ON K9L 1C3: Wednesday, Yang/Yin Hatha Yoga 6:00pm-7:30 pm Nov 5 – Dec 17 , 2014 - 7 weeks $105.00 Vinyasas to warm up the body (YANG) traditional yoga poses linked together in a flow by breath, followed by (YIN) longer deeper holds to enhance strength, body awareness and relaxation. Some breath practice and mindfulness moments will be practiced. Yin practice will include Thai Yoga hands on adjustments. Twice Monthly on Saturday Mornings, Deepen Your Practice 9am-10:30am Nov 22 – Jan 31 , 2014 - 6 classes $90.00 Experience longer, more challenging vinyasa sequences, followed by deeper longer holds and more advanced postures and pranayama (breathing) practices. Class will include a variety of balance poses, core strengtheners, and inversions to deepen your yoga practice. Some poses will include Thai Yoga hands on adjustments. Short meditations will be practiced in some classes. Please note that classes are not always bi-weekely but twice monthly.
