Welcoming everyone to our place of sanctuary & strength, regardless of experience, age, size, shape, mobility, health, lifestyle or faith. Our main floor is a fully equipped gym that empowers Personal Trainers to encourage their clients towards new goals and possibilities. Equipment ranges from squat racks, TRX, atlas stones, Yoke, kettle bells, tires, plyoboxes, barbells and more. Exploring everything from simple body weight to strongman to powerlifting to HIIT! Upstairs is our beautiful Yoga and Pilates studio for anyone to explore, with two separate rooms for classes and private instruction. There is plenty of natural light, historic vibe, open reception area and change rooms. We have mats, blocks, straps and a variety of Pilates equipment, like swivel disks, foam rollers, flex-bands and balls; to keep the classes dynamic. Our space shares 3 washrooms, and one with a shower, several change stalls and ample free parking. We consistently endeavour to be eco-conscious, help drive local/Canadian businesses to support our economy, and are actively involved in local charities.
