A lovely little hippy town just 45 mintues North of the Puerto Vallarta International airport. Join us foe the fun. We specialize in Vinyasa and it's many abiliteis to be so versatile with a heavy emphasis on Sequencing. We also enjoy Yin and a bit of Hatha yoga too.
