is an inner Yoga/Meditation free of charge. It focuses on the soul which must rise above the body into the Realm of Spirit to awaken into the highest consciousness, Self-Realization. The soul must learn to reconnect with the Divine manifestations of inner Light and Sound, the link between soul and Over-Soul, in some traditions called the Word, the Holy Sound Current or Holy Spirit. A competent living Master-Saint can establish this inner connection in the aspirant, granting a first-hand contact with the inner Light and Sound. This is a free gift. Once this connection with the Sound Current is established one can practice daily toward Self-Realization, inner peace, love, less stress and better health. Free weekly meditation groups are offered. This is a practice of spiritual science or mysticism, universal in nature. It can be practiced by people of all ages, traditions, and religions.
