Farah Nazarali is a yoga instructor, laughter leader, culinary artist, workshop leader, and freelance writer. Farah leads 2 hour to ? day workshops on health, nutrition, yoga, fitness, and laughter.
YOGA: Farah teaches Hatha, Power and Abs Yoga at various studios and fitness clubs in Vancouver. She is also Founder, Coordinator, and Host of Drishti Point, Vancouver first and only radio show on yoga (Drishti Pointe). Farah is a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor.
LAUGHTER: As a Certified Laughter Leader, Farah leads ?Feel- Good Fun? and ?Learn to Laugh? Workshops that help people to release their inner child, embrace and cultivate fun and spontaneity, and gain the benefits of humanity?s oldest and cheapest medical remedy- laughter.
As a writer, Farah has published two recipes book as well as dozens of articles on health, wellness, fitness, and spirituality. Her articles have appeared in newspaper, journals, and magazines across North America and Britain.
