We are a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging physical, mental and spiritual development through yoga in the tradition of our internationally-renowned teacher, Sri B.K.S. Iyengar. Iyengar Yoga teachers are widely recognized as the best-trained yoga teachers in the world. After deepening their practice through studying with experienced teachers, they complete an in-depth three year study and apprenticeship program leading to international certification. Our classes are held in a beautiful, airy space with high ceilings, hardwood floors and plenty of natural light. They include YogaKids, Recovery, Restorative, and Pre-natal yoga.
