VIJNANA YOGA-`The Evoltuion of Yoga!` Learning how the body works ergonomically from the inside-out. This method of yoga is completely different from what is currently being taught in the basis of asana flows and most modalities of yoga. The Vijnana process links the intrinsic web of the anatomy of the body to the anamation of the spirit. It is the most highly intellegent form of yoga, since it puts you in the drivers seat, not the back seat!
