Our discipline is Moksha, a series of postures designed to create flexibility and strength and to reduce stress. We welcome beginners and advanced and run about 35 to 40 classes per week on a drop-in basis. All of our instructors have completed the Moksha Teachers Training Course. Calm mind. Fit body. Inspired life....We look forward to seeing you at the studio.
Our Heated Studio is located just north of Hwy#7 at the corner of Weston Rd and Roytec Rd. The facilities also include ample changerooms with showers and plenty of free parking.
