Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation introduced in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi by which Self Realization (kundalini awakening) is achieved effortlessly. Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced.
Free meditation classes are held every Sunday at 3:00 pm at Sobeys (Community Room) - 120 Queen St.. Classes are open to people of all ages and newcomers are welcome to join at anytime. Come and experience the peace and joy within.
