Weekend Yoga Intensive with Arline Jernigan & Annick Robinson
A unique opportunity to practice with the renowned Arline Jernigan, one of today`s most innovative yoga teachers in the industry, as she brings her new work to Montreal for the first time. Geared for all levels of practitioner, this series of workshops is designed to gently open your body, open your heart and open your mind to moving with joy and mindfulness. Each two-hour special intensive class can be taken on its own, or as a package.
Saturday November 17th: 1:30 - 6pm
1:30 - 3:30 Finding power and ground through flow
3:30 - 4:00 Short break and open discussion
4:00 - 6:00 Open to freedom inside the core
Sunday November 18th: 1:30 - 6pm
1:30 - 3:30 Purify and explore through twists and turns
3:30 - 4:00 Short break and open discussion
4:00 - 6:00 Restore and rejuvenate from deep within
REGISTRATION FEES:
$60 : Each 2.5 hour workshop
$100: Day rate - for each full day
$180: Special rate for practitioners who register for all four workshops
