Mindfulness mediation practices are simple, yet effective ways to increase our self-awareness, cultivate greater calm, balance and enhance our ability to live more fully in the present moment.

Come and join us as we explore a range of formal and informal mindfulness practices and discover the benefits for yourself. The course is well suited for beginners who want to learn more or for those who have a meditation practice and want to dive a bit deeper.

Orientation mindfulness meditation – history, evolution and benefits
Introduction to 4 foundational mediation practices
The role of mindfulness in managing stress and learning to respond skillfully to challenging situations
Cultivating self compassion and loving kindness
