Integrative Yoga & Lifestyle Training

Daily Timetable: This course takes place over 11 weekends, October through May The training time frame of each weekend consists of Friday 3:00pm 9:00pm, Saturday 7:30am to 6:30pm and Sunday 7:30am to 4:30pm, with
appropriate breaks for lunch and dinner

Trinity Yoga & Lifestyle Training Program provides you with expertise drawn
from the ancient wisdom and practices of yoga.
The Trinity Yoga & Lifestyle 300 hour Training program includes all the
components required by Yoga alliance for 200 hour certification plus an
additional 100 hours of Holistic Health Counselling training. Holistic
Health and education are among the fastest-growing fields in the country.
Our curriculum consists of study and experiential learning of yogic
Philosophy, Asana, Pranayama, Anatomy and Physiology, Teaching Methdology,
and Holistic Health.
This training will deepen your own personal practice and give you the tools
to teach from your own body knowledge, personal experience and interests.
This is a course for students to build their own strong foundation in yoga
and health systems or to use their training to lead and teach others how to
optimize their own health.
We believe that each of us is a teacher, a mentor, and has an opportunity to
bring positive change to our bodies and our world.
