Give a brief bio about yourself and/or your studio. Mary Mondelli, mother of two. Practicing for 8 years after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Certified in 2005, teaching for 2 years, teach at Blue Door Yoga Room.

What styles of yoga you teach? / Do you or your studio specialize in one? Hatha, Ashtanga, Kids, Teens. Blue Door Yoga Room, teaches, Hatha, Ashtanga, Kids, Teens, Beginner’s, Teacher Training.

What makes your teaching or studio unique? Blue Door Yoga Room is like “home”. All students who practice there feel a sense of peace. The teachers and owner are like family. My teaching comes from the heart.

Do you or your studio provide other services other than yoga? Massage Therapist on site, teacher training, pre and post natal yoga, workshops.

What is your favorite yoga posture? And why? Crescent Moon, it has a cooling effect and yet it opens the heart and the throat Chakra’s.
