The theme of our solstice practice is \u201cInto the Light\u201d, not only because days become longer on Dec. 22nd, but also because yoga is about expanding the light within our selves and sharing our light to\u00a0uplift the world around us.<\/p>\n<h3>Sunday, December 20, 2015<br \/>\n12-1:30pm<\/h3>\n<h4><a href=\"http:\/\/shriyoga.ca\/2015\/11\/into-the-light-special-community-fundraiser-for-world-spine-care\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shri Yoga<\/a><br \/>\n4846 Sherbrooke Street West<br \/>\nWestmount, Quebec<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/shriyoga.ca\/2015\/11\/into-the-light-special-community-fundraiser-for-world-spine-care\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shriyoga.ca<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The class will be led by Shri Yoga faculty and guest\u00a0teacher Clearlight Gerald of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yogaspace.com\">Yogaspace<\/a>. It is\u00a0donation-based and open to all levels and all ages.<\/p>\n<p>We will be raising funds for the Yoga Programme of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldspinecare.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Spine Care<\/a>, a Canadian-based organization working to improve lives in under-served communities through sustainable, integrated and evidence-based spine care.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to financial contributions, we are also accepting donations of yoga mats and other props.<\/p>\n<p>Tax receipts will be issued for all contributions of $20 or more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join us to celebrate the winter solstice with a community yoga class featuring live music.
