First is the complete deep breathing; belly smoothly expands on inhale, ribs move out, the chest rises. On exhale reverse occurs with belly pulled gently.<\/p>\n<p><b>Awakeners<\/b>, structured warm-ups stretch the body, increase circulation and stimulate aerobic conditioning.<\/p>\n<p><b>Alignment<\/b>: Body is scanned for good mechanics and asked: Am I walking correctly? Do I feel unusual sensations or pains?
