The Sunshine Yoga Academy and Holistic Centre is located a few steps from Chinook Centre in S.W. Calgary. Offered: Yoga and Meditation Classes Reflexology Reiki Iridology Herbology Nutrition Body Talk. Mirta has studied yoga since 1981 and has had direct teachings from Swami Veda, Pandit Da Bral, Margo Bylog, and Richard Miller. Her belief is that accepting joy and pain is the essence of living a balanced life and she has devoted her life to helping others through Holistic Health. Mirta is a certified holistic therapist specializing in Reflexology, Iridology, Herbology, and Nutrition. She is also a Reiki master, a Body Talk practitioner, and a Yoga instructor. As an instructor for Raja Yoga, she follows the teachings of Swami Rama of the Himalayas and the Himalayan Tradition; bringing synchronicity to the mind, breath, and body.
