With love and compassion, we strive to make every yoga experience a unique time when one can reconnect with their mind, body and spirit. Hot, pre-natal, gentle and moderate yoga classes are offered to accommodate every level of practice. Private and semi-private classes available. We do bachelorette parties and baby showers!
