3-5 year old, 6-9 year old and 8-12 year old classes are offered. Private sessions, group classes and birthday parties can also be arranged. Little Yogis classes involve story telling, games, songs, and themes, incorporating yoga poses all at the same time. Your child will learn poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques while they are playing...what a great introduction to yoga!
