Emily teaches Classical Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, for all levels. Each class follows a meditative flow with emphasis on safety and breathing. The majority of the class focuses on asanas, but also incorporates meditation and breathing techniques. Emily teaches weekly, drop-in classes, open to the public.
