You are invited to The Art of Living Course, a one-week yoga and meditation workshop. You are invited to cleanse your body of stress using relaxing breathing and meditation. Come unwind with very simple yoga postures, breathing techniques and guided meditation, all designed to quiet your mind and cleanse your body of built-up stress. You will experience a sense of peace and relaxation. BENEFITS: This intensive course is designed with great care to improve your health, calm your mind, allow you to focus better, feel happier, and be more energetic. UPCOMING WORKSHOPS: This course is held over a 1-week period (weekday evenings and daytime on the weekend) several times a year.
