The Kanata Yoga Centre was founded in 2001 to provide Kanata/Nepean residents with the opportunity to explore Hatha yoga as a practical alternative to our high stress, fast paced modern lifestyles. The Kanata Yoga Centre offers different styles of yoga. We have 6 certified instructors to guide you through whichever yoga class you choose.
