Sahaja Yoga offers free weekly meditation classes every Monday @ 7:00 pm at Pickering High School - 180 Church Street North in Ajax - classroom #149. Classes consist of 1 to 1/2 hour meetings with instructions how to meditate, guided collective meditations. Classes are open to people of all ages.
