Pilates studio in the heart of Westboro, Ottawa. We have been in operation in Ottawa since April 2011 and we are continually growing. We offer small group classes on the reformer, maximum 4 persons, and small group mat classes, maximum 10 persons, as well individual and semi-private training. Our instructors have a varying certifications and we welcome clients from various styles, backgrounds and experiences in Pilates. New comers to Pilates are more than welcome and encouraged to visit us.
