Yoga in Bowness offers a warm and welcoming environment for yogis of any experience to come practice. We run 8 classes a week out of the Irish Cultural Center in Bowness, which has lots of free parking and is easily accessible from anywhere. Our instructors are all certified and experienced teachers with a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone. We welcome you to come try our energizing Ashtanga and Vinyasa classes, or cool-down with our Restorative and Hatha classes.
