A gentle, beginner level, Hatha yoga call designed by instructor Christine Reeves. This class will promote the healing process by restoring energy levels and rebuilding strength in the body. A fully rounded body and mind experience with attention given to breath and relaxation. When we can relax deeply, both mentally and physically, the nervous system settles and your body's ability to mend itself improves.
