Our Mission is to promote health and wellness through movement: movement of body, movement of breath, movement of energy. Our Commitment is to provide small classes in a dedicated space led by certified experienced instructors who will share their passion and knowledge with students of all levels. We offer a full roster of classes in Yoga, and Pilates at various levels. Drop-in students and new members are always welcome. Pre-registration is not required
