YogArt is a growing, Calgary based company offering yoga classes to children between the ages 2 - 12, teens, and families. At YogArt we believe in fully intergrated classes open to participants of varying abilities and special needs.
YogArt believes in the supported and healhty development of todays youth through yoga and the arts. The amount of young children and teens presenting with health issues, obesity, anxiety, and depression is on the rise. Healing around these issues can be supported through a modern, proactive and holistic approach to health. YogArt programs support children and youth physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally through the intergration of Yogic principles (including postures, breath work and meditation) and through the allowance of free flow artistic and creative expression.
