Emilie has always had a passion for movement and wellbeing and a desire to share this with others. Emilie began her yoga practice in 2002 which led her to a 200hour Hatha Yoga Teachers Training in the heart of York Region in 2008. Emilie teaches yoga that emphasizes asana (movement), pranayama (breath) and meditation. Emilie brings a relatable & energetic approach to yoga, meditation, awareness and everyday well being, allowing people to work with their own bodies in a safe and nurturing environment. You will leave her yoga classes feeling refreshed and energized, creating more space throughout your body and mind for a happy and healthy life. For Emilie yoga has inspired her to step out of her comfort zone and make conscious choices for a brighter future. Her motivation is to inspire and share her energy and passion for a healthy body, mind and life.
