Yogadotcalm teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa style yoga as well as Critical Alignment Therapy. We are located on the second floor of Fish Creek Village in South Calgary. Our instructors are well trained and fully dedicated to the style of yoga they teach. We also offer Yoga Alliance 200hr teacher training, Critical Alignment Therapy training once a year with Gert van Leeuwen, Pre-natal, Kids Yoga, and Mom & Baby Yoga.
