Kelly has been teaching yoga to diverse students of all levels and stages since 2005 and is an IAYT-certified yoga therapist. Her emphasis is on a personalized approach, one that meets the unique needs of each individual at any given time. Kelly strives to create an environment that encourages open curiosity and spirited exploration, as she weaves breath awareness, creative sequencing and meaningful adaptation into her teaching. Kelly offers small classes, yoga therapy, one-on-one sessions and workshops in her beautiful Prince Edward County studio.
