We offer a variety of yoga teacher training programs in both Canada and India, intensive programs, workshops, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education courses, and also private instruction. Our mission is to share the true essence of Yoga by passing along the knowledge and wisdom gained from the East with students in the West. We know first hand that these balancing practices will help others achieve healthier bodies and peaceful minds
