Uniq Creations Wellness Studio, offers mature students an opportunity to express, explore & experience yoga/movement/somatics, with like students. We support those ages between 45 - 85 with compassion, care & comfort. Knowing there may be concern with stability/strength, mobility/flexibility we take great pleasure in all small improvements. The classes are designed with slow, mindful processes. This develops confidence, reassurance & sense of safety, while participating here at Uniq Creations. Classes range from different times, styles and a price point that is affordable; $12 or $15 per class with Virginia. They are also small on purpose as each student receives individual attention for personal adjustments best suited for them. Gentle Somatic Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Movement, Meditation, Alchemy Sound Bath and more.
