Krishnamacharya once said, ?The seed of yoga comes up differently in each person?. The teachers at the Downward Dog Yoga Centre have the unique ability to blend individual skills with a shared vision. As a yoga centre rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, we continually adapt to the needs of our students. Our aim is to provide detailed all-level instruction of the practice of yoga in a safe, encouraging atmosphere. In 1997 Diane Bruni and Ron Reid opened the Downward Dog Yoga Centre and Toronto's burgeoning Ashtanga community now had a home. The evolution of Downward Dog has provided Diane and Ron a forum for the development and exploration of this vital living tradition. We offer classes for all levels!
