We are a community yoga, wellness, and creative arts studio, for all ages. We are committed to providing affordable, accessible and adaptable programs in yoga and other related health sciences as well as creative artistic opportunities to individuals and groups within our community. The Gallery and Store are a pleasure to the eye , always decorated with beautiful one of a kind art creations for arts sake and for sale. There is also a Youth Gallery in "the twisted lounge", a space dedicated to the children and youth of our community. Yoga and creative arts studio space is available for rent by individuals or groups. We are yoga for the people, by the people, in all the amazing and wondrous ways it happens.
