As a certified labour doula and yoga teacher with over 12 years experience, I specialize in prenatal and postpartum yoga that facilitates preparation for birth and motherhood. By learning to move with the breath and awareness, we become more open and able to deal with the amazing challenges of parenthood. Couple labour preparation classes, fertility and mom and baby classes also available. In addition to yoga and doula care, I also offer coaching for prenatal/postpartum anxiety and healing from a difficult birth.
