Power Vinyasa Yoga is our medium to connect and open a conversation of transformation. Power Yoga Canada is a community where people come to be challenged and inspired to take action in their lives. As the first Baptiste Affiliated studio in Canada PYC has begun to share the practice and way of living across the country, generating sparks of possibility where-ever you find a PYC instructor sharing their light. At PYC we believe that Power Yoga is for every "BODY" and on our yoga floor you will find all different types of people all with the common thread of wanting to rinse their minds and bodies and being inspired to step into their greatness. PYC encourages everyone to come as you are and to be YOU. We have been inspired by our community and the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga flow and want to bring it, and share it with everyone that walks into our studios, inspiring others to share their spark with everyone, both in and outside the yoga room.
