Brantford's premiere HOT YOGA studio opens November 2011. Classes include hot vinyasa, hot non-vinyasa, gentle, lunch hour, kids and prenatal. All levels of student accommodated in a safe Non-competitive environment. Full drop in schedule no need to pre-register. Shower and changeroom facilities on site. Teacher training starts spring 2012!
