Our Mission Yoga rocks provide kids & teens with an opportunity to build a solid sense of self in order to become healthy confident citizens of the future. Antoniette Finelli is a Montessori Elementary School Teacher, a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Physical Educator. For the past seventeen years she has worked with students aged 3 to 19 in schools, camps, outdoor education and private venues in California, Toronto and across Canada. Keenly aware of the strong correlation between co-ordination and intelligence, Antoniette incorporates Brain Gym into her yoga programs, feeling strongly that through moving the body the intellect is enhanced. Antoniette is passionate about engaging children of all ages and abilities to become healthy and active through the use of these non-competitive activities.
