Amy Babcock DeJonge is a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Amy also holds her YMCA certifications in both fields. She is a member with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. She is a Registered 200hr Yoga Teacher with Aura Wellness Center. Amy also holds her designation as a Weight Loss & Lifestyle Nutritionist, certified through Can-Fit-Pro. Amy has aligned herself with Lululemon Athletica in Kingston as an ambassador and delivers Yoga classes on select Sunday mornings.
