The original Power Yoga Instructor in Vanacouver. This flowing class has an emphasis on awareness, breathing, sensation and experience. Power Yoga is for those looking to balance their existing workout by adding flexibility, who want a more vigorous Yoga experience and want to add movement to their meditation. Yoga is the experience of being present. By practicing Yoga we drop down beneath all the external distractions so we can tap into the truth of the moment. With truth comes clarity and with clarity we can take responsibility to balance out our lives. inside out. We practice Yoga so we can experience being present more often! I combine my studies in Psychology and Kinesiology from SFU with creative work as a professional actor and intuitive training as a Life Coach to create a unique mind-body Yoga experience.
